STEP 1: Register for a Homeowner Information session by CLICKING HERE. This mandatory session will cover the Homeownership Program in detail as well as what information and documents are needed to process your application.
STEP 2: At the completion of the informational session, you will receive a program application to fill out completely, gather the appropriate documents and financial information
Step 3: Contact Habitat Council Bluffs to schedule a 30 minute meeting to drop off the application and supporting documents with one of the Program Staff. (Please note that your application cannot be processed without ALL of the supporting documentation).
