Currently the Homeownership Information Sessions are on hold until October 2023. Please check to this page for updates after October 1st.
When the sessions resume, here is what you can expect:
STEP 1: When the application period is open, you will be able to register for a Homeownership Information Session. This mandatory session will cover the Homeownership Program in detail as well as what information and documents are needed to process your application.
STEP 2: At the completion of the informational session, you will receive a program application to fill out completely, gather the appropriate documents and financial information
Step 3: Contact Habitat Council Bluffs to schedule a 30 minute meeting to drop off the application and supporting documents with one of the Program Staff. (Please note that your application cannot be processed without ALL of the supporting documentation)
