Rock The Block
When Habitat Council Bluffs begins work in a neighborhood, partner with the 712 Initiative to offer to complete smaller exterior repairs and yard clean up services to the neighbors.
These projects are all completed in one afternoon with the help Habitat and 712 staff and volunteers.
